cut the bumper today for the intercooler , i am having to lose my foglights to gain space for my boost pipes , i still need to cut the grill a bit more ,

got my engine back tonight , tryd the turbo on and it hits the power steering pump so the power steering has got to go

i got some work done to my car today , first i took the power steering pump off my engine , then i fitted a electric power steering set up off a saxo , then i mounted the engine in the car , and then i had to cut a big chunk out of the front of my car to get the turbo set up in lol , ive still got to bolt the subframe on tomorrow and fit loom and start boost pipes ect ect ect

well i had bit of a lazy day and didnt realy get alot done , fitted my subframe that i painted ages ago , fitted dump valve and afpr , and jus plumd a few bit in and that , and killd alot of mice ! the bastards are every where ! lol

i did a bit more on my car today , i fitted one side of my boost pipes and sorted a few other bits out , just waiting on a few parts now

went to get a oil feed and some oil cooler pipes made up today but the place was shut so didnt get them done , fitted my loom today a few more bits , didnt bother taking pics , preety **** day realy ! lol

i fitted my new fuel pump earlia , and the pump that was in there already was a walbro ? they dont come standard with them do they ? i didnt get any pics as im not the smallest person in the world and its a bit crampd when sitting in the back of the car lol

what 1 of these plugs is the idle air control valve ? is it the top one ?


and on the rocker cover the 2 breather pipes that are on there , with the bigger breather pipe the 2nd one in , was that the breather that went to the standard turbo ? if so what do i need to do with that pipe now ? oil catch tank ?


fitted fuel pressure regulator , didnt have any torqe sockets with me so i couldnt fit the adaptor plate

in south africa they did sell some astra gsi c20lets , i like my novas and corsas but a astra is a much nicer car to drive this is going to be my everyday car
