yeah employee mag only, got some good stuff in it. it's a ford world magazine so has stuff from all over the world in it.
focus was 16.6k iirc and i would've liked to have got a mountune/dreamscience upgrade but it feels more than powerful enough as standard do't want to lose my license really

it's possible a bloke i work with had nothing but problems with his s-max, had to get a new engine a few weeks back because it completely failed

Question for you Ben.
Is it true if a car "falls off" the assembly line, that the shell gets scrapped but any sellable items them get stripped off and sold.
Reason being, my Dad's been offered a brand spanking new 2.0 Duratec engine (complete) from a Ford dealership which has supposedly come from a shell that "fell off the assembly line"!!! Been offered it fo £1500. Its only going in a kit car so not too arsed tbh.

not too sure mate, i only build the engines on our line, but if any engines are damaged whilst being built, we either fix the part that broke or strip the engine back and put all the parts on other engines to cut down on waste.
the same would apply to car assembly lines too i would assume, as ford don't like scrapping things

oh my, it's terrible, awful, putrid, vile, rancid
sterring feel is non existant, gearbox is sloppy and body roll maks you feel you're going to turn over when cornering (slow)
going to have some right laughs with my work mate taking him to work and home tomorrow!

nope, it's a purple 09 plate ford fusion.
i feel such an old twat driving it. not even bothering to thrash it everywhere as it is slower than a 12v corsa.

A Fusion, my Mum is 50 and drives one of those
I'd rather have had a KA!

i had a KA when a van wrote off my corsa, had 110 on the clocks in it
this thing takes forever to get to 30mph, not even risking 60mph
it's alright though, no one looks at me or tries to race me so i feel so much more relaxed. when i'm in the ST everyone always seems to want me to go fast or rev it up so never have a nice easy cruise anywhere.

I can't imagine that. I know it's an ST but it's not exactly a supercar so I don't understand why people would do it
