Yes, there has. This video has been posted 3 times before, then there is another one I can't remember. It doesn't matter if Ian isnt online, there is other mods that could and would delete it if it needed to, ask yourself why the other threads with the same video haven't been deleted.

Think of it like this, Ian allows porn to be linked but not hosted on the site (garage images) Ian could get in to a fair bit of trouble if pics/vids of murders were hosted ON this site I imagine.
