Assuming you bought regular first class stamps rather than 'large' first class I think it'll be two mate.

Probably similar to Carl, it's nothing new or original, doing a good nutritional diet with supplements and working out 6 days a week = gains.

However, for relative dummies like me (who knows the basics but not an expert), having someone tell me exactly what to do and when is ideal, plus a lot of the exercises in the vid I'd never seen before.

Also he does things as well where he highlights common mistakes in form for exercises. So he was showing them all doing bent over rows with dumbells, and pointing out that if there elbows came back one way it was basically a sholder exercise (which wasn't what they wanted for that day, they were doing back and chest).

So he showed the correct form which worked the right part.

The whole thing is done by this crazy guy called Tony Horton, he's a bit odd at times, but really drives you on.

Correct, it's designed for home use infront of a tv / computer.

I've only got i think 6 envelopes at the moment, so it'll only be the people who've paid first who get a copy asap.

I will definately stick to the exercises, I wasn't sure I'd stick to the diet.

But I've re read the nutritional guidelines and it's not that bad...

Originally I thought it was almost atkins... now i realise it lets you eat fruit and all sorts! just clean. and a lot of protein

The first 30 days of diet looks the hardest as thats aimed to get rid of excess fat, after that it really doesnt look too bad.

That website I posted before with the guys blog shows his diet, and other than it being a pain in the arse as have to prepare it all, whats in it and the amount are all OK.

Just read through the entire Fitness pdf, and the nutrition up to the recipes.

I think tomorrow and over the weekend Im going to workout my first 4 weeks diet, exactly what Im eating and when, plus a shopping list for each week.

That way I can buy everything for the week on the Sunday and try to prepare what I can on that day into portions for that week.

If I dont do it that way at first I dont think Id stick to it.
