Stone is hot and the meat is uncooked so you can cook it to your own specification, I like to eat mine rare so cook it to the appropiate rare-ness and eat it.

I was sceptical when I first saw them but the more I'm looking at the them the better they seem and a 5 year warranty isn't to be sniffed at.

Seems to fit the "daddy cool" image IMO
