Brim the tank every time.

Can't be arsed with going back to my student/apprentice days and faffing about going to the Petrol Station every other day to put no more than £10 in...

I put it in when I need it if im just going to college.... I see a full tank as extra weight and in a 12volt you can feel a full tank

Its a chore putting in fuel though when its fucking 102.9 - 103.9 down here, its just depressing.

Any news on when fuel is set to be reduced??

not sure how much the weight affects it

I just give my car death

get around 550 miles

Then fill it up again with 51 litres

must make some difference.

whenever i have a full tank i can feel the difference in performance compared to when i have 1/4 tank left.

i have a 52 litre tank and petrol weighs about 0.737Kg/L so 52x0.737 is 38kg. every little helps when you're on mpg runs

I fill out £45 when the red light comes on, depends on mood to how long the tank lasts. This week it lasted 3 days

Fill it to the top every 3 working days. Holds £58 at current prices.

I fill up once the light comes on. Trip computer says 85 miles once light comes on.

Used to be £10 a time to make me drive better. As in the Ibiza if I had a tank load of fuel I'd tend to boot it everywhere thinking, 'I'll be alright, got loads of fuel left'

But now I have the Astra I'll aim to fill it up every pay day and hope that'll last me. Should do tbh.

usually put small amounts in because when I have a full tank, i think "let's go for a drive", and come back with no fuel

I always think what if I crash with £40 in the tank, what a waste! What if somebody steals my petrol...what if somebody steals my car! I'm paranoid but i'll stick to £10-£15 thanks.
