Well after a lot of hassle with the 1.2 16v loom, decided to do what should of done first and stripped the dash looms out and swapped them.
So now both looms are out all i got to do now is plug 1.6 dash loom in to the car and then hopefully wire it up the she should ignite.

She Lives...... Changed the looms wired her up and she fired straight away, beats me how you get them 1.0 12v/1.2 16v looms to work.

Well the car is starting to go back together now finally, got the dash back in yesterday, and then decided to fit the rear car loom, so that i gained electric windows simply because it was there and could be done.
also converted the eps to pas because again everything was there to convert it and i saved us from trying to wire the eps back into the 1600 loom.
the car is practically a 1.6 sport now from dash to crossmember,
From 1600 sport
Dash Loom
The dash itself
Interior Loom
Electric Windows
Front Suspension
Front ARB
Front Lower Arms
Front Hubs
Front Discs
Front Radiator + Fan
Front PAS Rack
Steering Colum
Brake Pedal
Accelerator Pedal + Cable
GearStick (Cause its awesome)
Plus Others......
If i ever took this car to a garage they would be very confused
1200 Corsa Shell
1800 Astra Engine With ecu programmed as a vectra
and 1600 front end + looms
i will get pictures of the progress so far tomorrow before we start work then after we are done.

The car saw the road for the first time last night, but she popped a drive shaft out, either whoever put it in didnt push it all the way of the clip that holds them was rusted shut.
But after a quick drive shaft change she had power again, and she did her first 40 mile trip in her new home.

Can always change the sump for a Z18XE one so that'll give you more clearance.
Top job fella

Well thought just mention, i have arranged for my rear tints to go in to the corsa, and have made plans for my boot build should be pretty good once done.
Also came across a problem. When the steering coloum was fitted we didnt check/notice that when it was turned it was rubbing on the loom, so it cut through a couple wires and kept arching out and blowing fuses, but that has been temp fixed with a good old cable tie.

Update
Fitted the strut brace today, dont look too bad, i might paint it at some point; depends weather i could get it back on without scratching it to pieces.
Picture of MHW's fitted
Also my brake lines arrived today, they will be getting fitted soon.
The wiper blades have also been fitted, but to fit this into the 1600 loom was a bit tricky; well i need to re-wire the wiring for the pump because of loom differances.
And after much debate i was decided to change my gearstick to the one from the black car simply because it is awesome ( i didn't make this )
oh and a friend found me some chrome door handles in the breakers so he decided i must have them
Also as you can see from the above images that ive done away with window winders and now have electric windows; always a bonus.
