I cant see why you would want to keep it standard and not touch it. Just because its got low miles and is clean. If it was something special then yes, but you wouldnt drive it then either. Chances are this car wil have double the current milage within 2 years.

I had a 1996 1.4 16V sport pre facelift on a N reg, didnt have power steering, but had the usual leccy mirrors, windows and a sunroof, was also red.
Must have been just on the change over before the facelift then. Same as this one i guess.
22b did yours have steelies and wheel trims too?
Yep same trims as well, only difference was the sport badge on the doors was integrated into the red strip, every other sport I have seen has the sport writing above the red strip.
Was a great car until the head gasket went it then turned into a money pit, was also very economical on the fuel side, sounded brilliant with a green cotton induction kit, but preferred the way it drove with a K &N panel filter and drilled box

Might as well go buy a red GSi, save the hasssle, the changes, and have a faster car to start with

End of the day,no matter what he does to it,as long is he keeps it clean and subtle it wont lose money imo.
Id rather buy this with Softstars and coilovers etc.
End of the day,who buys a corsa like this to keep it like that??
His plan.s arent going to de-value it and if he leaves it like it is,its still going to be a Corsa.
Whos going to appreciate it as a standard early spec sport?There isnt a huge following for them and its not exactly a 1 of a kind.
He can improve what is already a nice car.

latest pics with the coilovers and softstars, it now has a scorpion exhaust on
not best quality because was just turning dark and getting alot colder

each to there own, i like it and wouldnt change my decision on my mods iv done, i have the gsi splitter there to go on along with the genuine wind deflectors and the cat is being taking out tomorrow hopefully

b pillers dont even show a sign of cracking or anything like that...
the wheels look spot on and its nice to be slightly different at the same time...
plus any mods made so far are completly reversible....

cheers ricky, hopefully gsi splitter on 2moro night and decat and at weekend its time for a clean and polish again and some day light proper pictures iv got good spot for taking them and il set camera up for top quality results
