Private viewing, charge him a premium. Only way imho. But if you didn't want to lose trade that the premium wouldn't cover, do it after hours.
Charging for the appointment is an option, its not the norm but then again the whole thing wouldnt be.

How many potential brides do you have in looking at once? or trying on at the same time?

Depends on the day, time of day and in which shop.
Max we could have in the shop he wants to go to is 7 brides, and 5 maids (well, we have 5 changing rooms in there, but can and have served twice that in there).

In two of our shops we do that.
In the ones where we have more than one we have showrooms with all the dresses in, and these are totally separate to the individual rooms where the brides try the dresses on - so we can get away with having 5 in at a time whilst still keeping it totally private.

Id say do it
It can easily be covered up, he "could" be choosing the dress for his bride to be without her knowing

Or in some leather chaps and a gag

I don't suppose it'd matter - I wouldn't be offended. At the end of the day he's a customer who'll spend X amount on a dress!

Yeah, I personally have no issues, and by the sounds of his email I dont think he'd be coming in dressed up to the nines as his sissy self.
I can imagine some brides mothers/mother in laws taking an issue to it though.
