Looking good, ive got the same rear arches sat in the garage waiting to go on mine.

How did you go about fitting yours?

ive been told the best way is spandy foam lol

i put a screw by the light and in the sil.filled the arches with expanding foam and taped the arches to Mine are gona be fibreglased and smoothed to car aswell as the whole car is being

Ah right sounds like the way Bean had fitted his.

Mine are gonna be filled into the body and rear bumper aswell....when i get round to doing it.

Only other thing i was gonna ask was have you screwed the sides of the bumper to the car rather than using the usual fixings?

Sorry mate thought you meant rear arches.yeh the clips were broke off the gsi front i used so screwed it into the car instead.doesnt matter for me thoiugh as bumpers being smoothed to the wing.

project is only on assembly stage at the moment. Should be going satin black with red detailing just to liven it up!

front arch has been fitted





an gsi sideskirt cut to allow arches to fit and for future modification

Expanding foam to set the arches and skirts in place? I'd have used a decent bonding sealant like Sikaflex tbh

no dont worry that ent whats used to fix them on, we put a screw in both end to hold in place for the time being. then filled the arch with expanding foam just to give the arch more strenth as ther hollow.whilst that was dryin we used stikaflex to bond them on. nice and sturdy.probably have a run of fibreglass around them aswell, dont want nothing to move

no mate.it ent spandy foamed one or nothing itll be properly bonded then fibreglassed

got them off ebay mate, took abit of adjustment to fit but yeh will look awsome when finished

all bumpers arches and sideskirts on now. put fibreglass paste where they join the body across the seam.

right so ive done abit more work to the car


used fibreglass paste to bond the arches and skirt to the car aswell as the grab adhesive






fibreglassed and fillered the boot




rubbed down the arches and the boot

time for a badboy and extension i think !!!















all of the arches and that need fillering. Then got to try and get the blend the right shape, could be fun!
