Are the vts and 1.8 Sri the same to 60 & 100...
Just been looking and the times are the same

To the original poster you really need to just go and test drive a few examples of each and not be obsessed by what is faster on paper imho, tbh, tbf

max speed = 120.2
30-50 in 3rd/4th/5th = 4.8/6.7/9.6
30-70 thru gears = 7.9
70-0 (metres/ft) = 51.5/169.1
test mpg/eu combined = 29.6/34.9
max power = 120 @ 6,000
max torque = 107 @ 5,200
SRi 1.8:
0-30 = 3.0
0-70 = 11.5
0-100 = 25.2
max speed = 123.0
30-50 in 3rd/4th/5th = 5.2 (not sure why there's only one figure)

ive owned both a 1.4 sri and a saxo vtr and the saxo was better all together, people on here are talking like corsas are well made for some reason....... i never had a single problem with my vtr
