Pmsl. I see what you did there. No I mean, like, when I get nervous I get really bad stomach ache, headaches, sleepless nights, and on rare occasions; boners. Lol.

100% agree.

Although I found it at night, and then the very next day was in the docs by 10am, I was bricking it for the whole time thinking it could be something bad. Once I found out I was so relieved.

Seriously though, man up and go the docs. He/she will of seen it all and much worse (probably not smaller though) before, and once you find out that its probably nothing you'll feel much better. And if it is something its always much much much better to catch it early, especially bollock cancer and its natural spread is to your lungs and brain, which are massively serious compared to testicular.
