Got a text back from Greenlight insurance - £957 Flux emailed me a quote of £519 but need to check if that's FC or TPFT because last time it was TPFT and it doesn't say in the email.

Had to ring my dad up to get my Flux reference number I expect this call is going to put my phone bill up by a million pounds after being on hold for an hour but it needs to be done.

Should have brought the bluetooth then I could have a) actually used it for the first time and b) been on the phone whilst on my walk without having one hand freezing off

Although saying that it's raining so I won't be walking anyway

Requested a callback for 13:29 (what it came up with on its own) and they haven't rung yet I'll be on hold for at least half an hour while they find out if the quote is FC or not so I'm running out of time tbh.

just had a lovely support call from one of our customers. swoon. this one is yet another accounts woman and shes quite nice, but not as nice as the other 2
