I moved out at 23 then moved back at 25, saving at the moment to move out with the missus later in the year again (will be 27 then).

the only bad thing about moving out is having naff all money and having to do everything for yourself I guess.
The positives however... well need I mention them

get a mrs who works full time then worked out we will have £900 to spare every month without me doing any overtime.

I'm 25 and strictly speaking I live at home still.
My girlfriend is 22 and has her own place. I stop at her house more than I do at my parents though. Best of both worlds
Maybe going to officially move out at the end of this year/start of next year. Have to see what happens between now and then first.

20 when i moved out, part of me wishes i had longer at home to enjoy the benefits of earning a nice wage but the oppertunity was to good to miss with the economy etc

I moved out when I was 19 and went to uni, which is I guess what makes a lot of people move out. I'm glad I did when I did, no chance I could move back with parents now. I do think some people need to grow some balls move out and realise you have to clean your own skidmarks from the toilet
