Ledley King is a really tough one to call, would like to see the England phsyios consult with Spurs on how to best treat him to ensure he can play.

Gotta imagine 3,3,1 cut from the squad?

Or would they risk 2 keepers? Baines, Carragher, Upson?

Parker, Huddlestone, one other,

And probbly Bent from the strikers?

The guy has scored THREE premiership goals and is regularly on the bench for a europa cup side.

Capello said when he arrived he would pick players on merit and current form. So if he picks Heskey he would have gone back on his word as i cant think of a less in form striker than Heskey.

And dont give me this "he holds up the ball well" shite.

Indeed, Bent has to go if we are picking on good, consistent seasons. I know Zamora was controversial but hes another who has had a good season, scored goals consistently, scored goals in europe and all this for a side who finished mid table. Yet he doesn't even make the 30 and fat bastard Heskey does?! Heskey must either be slipping Capello the length or has some fucked up shit on him.

The worry is, Johnson is good going forward but not that great at the back Although he does seem to be improving. Get Hargreaves in there at RB. Works on FIFA 10 so should work in real life.

Yes he is, as for the Heskey argument. Sometimes you have to look beyond goals, at international level Heskey provides a lot to the side and covers up the laziness of the midfield in getting forward when he can hold it up for ages to bring them into the game.

I'd prefer to take Heskey to Darren Bent and that is controversial for me to say.

Gary Neville a better defender than both johnson and carragash. But still not good enough
