awesome got it jailbroken on my 3GS seems far smoother and Faster. love the folders and multi tasking

To get it to zoom in, on picture mode, tap to get the picture to focus and a little bar will appear at the bottom, Scroll along to zooom

for a few hours, I had my old 3GS and iphone4 side by side and it does appear to be alot smoother on 4, probably the same difference between the 3G and 3GS.

I updated it using a customer ipsw and redsnow and it gives you the option to install Folders, Multi tasking, home screen wallpaper etc or everything like i did at first.

Anyone have issues with mobile net not working? Two of my mates both upgraded the OS and neither have mobile net both on o2 and both previously jailbroken. Is there a certain way you need to upgrade if you were previously jailbroken?

on mine all i had to do was re enter the apn setings.

I have the old bootrom from 3.0 as I always upgraded and kept the same so I could put it on and unlock.at the mo its the only way to jailbreak and unlock the 3gs on 4ios.

4 ios is jailbroken on most devices at mo apart from the iPhone 4, and the 3gs unless you have the old bootrom and didnt use spirit to jailbreak

can any1 tell me if they are getting signal problems on the 3gs when they upgraded up IOS4? i got the iphone 4g so wondering if this signal problem is software related

Tell them to look at settings/general/network/cellular data network and see if it's blank, if it is all they need to do is put the settings in.
