you really seem to have developed a problem and issue against me and i really dont understand why, or who you are. i have no interest in an internet confrontation with anyone anymore. its pointless. feel free to say what you like about someone you do not know though if it makes you feel better.

i stated a fact. nothing hatred about that.

it is not a fact at all.

if it makes you feel better

Ddi you neglect your friends when you were with the irlf and now wonder where they are gone?

If so you need to apologise to them etc and if they are worth having as friends all will be cool

Did you hit the driving range?

its a good way to relieve stress as you need to be in the right state of mind.

couple of deep breaths and try and zone out of everything, forget the mortgage, the store, not the team and all their bullshit

and when the time is right twat the golf ball

I've been finding that whatever I do, I'm throwing myself in to it full bore; so the other night wanted to start clearing the back garden so out with the IPod, out with the beers and then hit it hard as its been looking such a mess for a long time. Then cleanign my room, decided to go overboard. took wardrobes/bed everything out. Scrubbed my room, then put everything back in minus anything to do with the ex.

Got my old free weights that I haven't touched in years and have a good beasting on those as well.

Haven't been for a run yet but I'm contemplating it tonight.

Basically, try not to sit back on a task, throw yourself into it 100% and keep yourself mega busy and as focussed as you can on the job in hand

My best friend whet for a spin in his car when he wasn't feeling good...and he crashed and died.

If you're going to go for a drive, make it a slow and chilled one.

The worst thing I find I can do is lie in bed watching crap TV; its not bad if its something worth watching or a film which holds your attention but going from one crap bit of TV to the other ends up making you feel down and you mull over everything in your mind that you're actually trying to get away from.

Go out and leave your phone at home as well; give yourself a break, even if its just for an hour from what's going on and cut communication with all the negative things

Live Lee touched on something there, tidying up. When I'm in a mood I always throw much more away than when I'm not, so it's a great time to have a clear out

Ironing is probably a good shout. Mum and dad usually put the TV or DVD on whilst doing it

I usually just get pissed as a fart Problems will still be there tomorrow but it's good to go out, get pissed up, sing like a prick and have a kabab on the way home.

Problems will still be there tomorrow which you have to deal with. It's just good to forget about them for a while.

As for women My gf is pissing me right off at the minute. Won't tell me how she feels and has started to clam up. Recone it could be over soon... I'll get pissed and lead on with my old life when she breaks the news.
