Capello will stay so wouldnt worry bout Harry going anywhere.

Small club mentality to go for a mid-table manager. It shows they realise they haven't a hope in hells chance of getting Champions League football again so are doing anything they can to keep in the top 10/12 places in the PL.
I hope he had the foresight to absolutely rape them on a contract. He would have easily got a LONG contract at Fulham so should have demanding the same from the scum, especially as he will be a scapegoat and soon get fucked off if and when they are sold!

They've had Klinsmann on quite a bit too so he might be in the running going on that basis.

As much as most of that is written in a way to get a shitty response, I agree with most of it.
The owners dont care about getting CL football imo - they have seen they can cover the loss of revenue from it by not spending elsehwere - but still having the big commercial deals in place.
I also doubt they'd of gone for him if he demanded a long contract, as they could of got someone else on a one or two year deal easily.

Unfortunately that is what it's come too, he's been drafted in to moan the least and try and keep up ticking until they manage to find a buyer for the club ( ), absolutely uninspiring choice but whatever, as a supporter of a club you have to stick by your club through the highs and the lows (including underhand owners, the odd mid level manager appointment, damning media relations to name a few of the lows of late). Liverpool will be back up there, when those fuckers leave. That is the only important thing so maybe it is a decent appointment, I don't even know any more.

No it is, driving a Mini would be the biggest job in Formula 1.

TBH it probably is the biggest job - as he is taking on a massive job trying to bring back the PL to Anfield.

Not forgetting the HUGE burden of winning the league. Or anything for that matter.

My team isn't shit, and my club is the most succesful english club of all time thanks very much.
My club is owned by some yank pricks who don't know how to run it properly, hopefully you'll have a better grasp of our situation in the not too distant future
