For starters I skip breakfast, have lunch at normal time, then tea around 6, then I get hungry again around 11-12 not long before I go to bed. I only say this as I want to lose a bit of weight, because personally I am getting a bit on the chubbier side and everyone keeps telling me, which tbh is starting to get to me. I don't really want to go to the Gym if I can help it, any tips?

Thanks.

Eat breakfast for starters.

yea, first thing eat breakfast, eat healthy snacks between main meals. I lost loads of weight from simply eating more often but eating healthy foods instead of crap. I also found drinking lots of water between meals make you feel a little less hungry so stops snacking.

Its all about diet, with the right food, you could have achieved that weight loss in the same amount of time without having to even enter a gym.

I see people in the gym day in, day out, year in, year out, 4-5 days a week and they look no different than they did years ago when they started. You'd think they would realise they are not doing something right

Disagree. Lifting weights increases muscle mass, which will speed up your metabolism and make you burn more calories. Eating correctly AND going to the gym will be far quicker.

And I bet the people going in 4-5 days a week are running/biking for hours with no results

I absolutely agree the gym 'speeds up' the process, i was simply highlighting how important diet is.
