Good luck with it Ian.

You seem unsure on what to do with it? No money in it either way IMO but best of luck.

Yeah no idea, if I'm taking it to TVL I might get tyres that I can keep for the Puma. See what they look like tomorrow.

£250 is a lot of money to a man from Clitheroe. He probably thinks Ian will load the car then nick the money back!

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

i'd charge the wanker £50 for ferrying him around. what an absolute piss take.

it's only £250 ffs, it's not like he's going to get robbed at gunpoint for it.

Actually turned out quite an easy deal. Turned up at the council depot, drove in, backed up to the car, loaded it, gave him no money at all and left

Full set of jacking point covers which made me actually lol in front of him, he was like 'you like the car, you seem happy'. I was thinking, yeah there's 80 quid worth of plastic

Rest of the kit is mint as well in case I need to strip it at some point although it's a bit tidy for that. There is a bit of age related corrosion and one of the B pillars has gone but its fairly standard and original so I'm not killing it without good cause.

So I officially need a donor engine now, probably going to go X16XE as a direct swap, hopefully cheaper too and probably less messing while we've only a week and a bit to get it going.

I'm not clear myself Warren.

Want it for a few track sessions at TVL then probably move it on fixed.

Thrown a rod because the lad drove it through water.

i see

does seem alittle bit pointless i have to say...lets be fair a stnadard gsi isnt going to handle whereas the puma has a good chassis and you drive it well, your just gonna be disapointed? no?

strip it out to bare min now that would be fun lol
