I was going to go same lines as joe tbh, or a massive shit 
Reality though 3.5k is quite a bit of weight tbh, especially after loosing double that recently !

I've been eating fuck loads of chillies recently; that seems to be dropping me a bit of weight and clearing out the system on the way

Our heavy duty scales at work are in kg; home is in stone/lbs - 7.7lbs in 3.5kg
