Is the Pope being in the UK affecting you mate?
It's affecting all of us tax payers
Queen is a slightly larger drain on the taxpayer tbh.

The positive effect on the ailing economy in this country will outweigh the cost to the taxpayer hundreds of times over Mr Financial Expert

There is nothing positive about the Pope.
I'd much rather the money spent on teaching Africans about using condoms, something the Pope can't even understand
What an idiot he is.

"Pressure grows for 'third world' cardinal to say sorry"
"He made his remarks during an interview with the German magazine Focus.
He commented on the Godlessness of a section of English society, claiming Britain was facing an "aggressive new atheism" and "Christians were at a disadvantage".
Asked about the protests expected to greet the Pope's visit, he remarked on Britain's multi-cultural inhabitants, telling the magazine that someone landing at Heathrow airport might think they were in a "Third World country" as there was such a variety of faces there."

Sometimes Heathrow is like a third world country, but not for the reasons Casper said.

We can see that you are racist too
The Pope said this in Africa:
"a tragedy that cannot be overcome by money alone, that cannot be overcome through the distribution of condoms, which even aggravates the problems"
That's what the Pope has to do with Africans and HIV.
He was also a member of the Hitler Youth.

I'm not religious so the Pope's visit is off no concern to me one way or another, apart from what its costing
However I did notice that Strathclyde Police and Lothian and Borders are doing a 'hand over' at Harthill Services Harthill is 99% full of members of the Orange Lodge .... not the best idea to change over there LOL !

Don't see why he's even here tbh. We aren't a Catholic country. He's a Nazi and has covered up child abuse. Yet we pay £12m for his visit.
Joke.
I would actually be pleased if he got double tapped.

Edinburgh is like that on a normal day, except replace officers with traffic wardens.
Whatever personal opinions on the pope btw, some people clearly don't have a clue.

He's starting off in Edinburgh then travelling along the M8 to Glasgow in the afternoon. Been told there's armed police on the flyover at the M8 on the road from Blackridge to Harthill already

Why are people wanking over this? If it was David Beckham or some one important like that I'd understand the fuss.
