This is genuinely what puts insurance up.

Why did you go through a claim management company and not just let the insurance deal with it, considering that's what they are there for

Why shouldn't I? For both my claims I used a claim management company and it made the whole experience at lot less stressful and easier. Anyone who doesn't use one because they're worried about 'putting everyone else insurance up' is a fool imo. If I'm unfortunate enough to have any more accidents in the future I will continue to use a claim management company

Ok your majesty. Very hypocritical. How can you deviate between one undeclared mod being ok and another not.

still very wrong. You cant tell people to decalre mods when you dont yourself. A mod is a mod no matter what, but tbf you seem the person not to care.

Too late, as with I, Nath.

Chole, glad all of you are okay though, that's all that matters. Just out of curiosity, where are the photos?

i done the same as you shaun, but only because they phoned me up while i was till half asleep and actually thought it was my insurance company

it doesn't actually put your insurance up as when you tell another insurance company about the accident, they don't ask whether you used a claim management company to sort it out.

it probably put's everyones up by about a penny or so
