All is good russ btw
Anyone else feeling like it should be saturday today
Oh and 4 phones to choose from
HTC 7 Mozart - Windows 7
Nokia N8 - Symbian
Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 - Android
iPhone 4 - iOS
Never had a touch screen, don't think i want a touch screen but haven't really got much choice. What do I order ?

Don't get the X10 as it's too far behind on android with not many plans for it to catch up
Despite people I know who work as experts in phone shops claiming it to be the best phone available

What do you want to do with the phone Mike?
I like my desire and the syncing/flash is proabably better than the iphones but there are probably more apps on the iphone.
The massive cost difference was the only reason that swung it for me in the end

This is my problem, the phone guy at work just said that the X10 is the better phone out of that list but old, dismissed the N8, said the HTC 7's battery life is cack and the iPhone 4 is over bought...
So in fact after asking him he basically said don't get a new phone. Great advice

To be honest, I want to text and make calls on it
If there was a very high quality, well built candy bar that was worth as much as these touch screens i'd get it, but there isn't and there is not point in me upgrading to a cheaper phone than the one I have now.
I can see me using the internet on it just because I could, but at present its not a major deal.

lol
Android has 100k apps.
Saying that iPhone has 342324 billion but most people only use about 20...
only thing that puts me off getting an iPhone again is your only ever about 12 months away from having "the old iphone"

Thats my thought too. I've always had Sony's, bought an iPhone 3 a few months back as a stop gap while my sony was broken, but fixed it and went back as I hated texting on it.
Not sure, will probably be the HTC
Thank you Off day crew, useful as always
