5'6 10%bf 89 kg

Squat 220 kg for 4 reps
Don't dead lift last time I did it was around 160 kg
Bench is 180kg for 4 reps

Irm is to much risk and does not a lot

I did try that when I was lifting lower weights but didn't get on with it. I'll give it another go.

100% Switch grip will help you lift more. I do over up to about 100 then change to switch

Thanks for the tip I tried this in the gym this afternoon and deadlifted 130kg. The only limitation now is me and not the grip!

My mate tried this way too and he agreed the lift was a lot better if feeling a bit odd.

Managed 150kg deadlift this aft. I think I could have done more but didn't want to pull anything.
