As they are the same shape, I just think they put Nova. It felt fine with my car. It was fully stripped. I had adjustable damping so if I went on a long motorway run, turned it to soft and all was good. Same when turned to hard or in the middle.
Just do some research on it all. You've been in the game long enough to know people who can give you better answers than most people on here (including me here).

Thats against the laws of physics TBH.
Suppose you could do it in pitch black conditions.

So you are selling astra, buying a vectra and building a track/road corsa. Backwards step IMO.
Keep astra and build corsa to a budget.

Other reasons surrounding this decison, thanks.
But as Will says, polishing turds is far more rewarding.

Why not go for AP coilovers?
Edit: c£400 delivered and seem very good imo. Not used on track but for 'fast road' they have been perfect for both handling and comfort

i was gonna say, 225s are not too stiff for the back at all, i would recommend 300s if you’re gonna use it on the road a fair bit, and if the dampers are good enough then it wont be crashy really
as for engine, why not stick a small block 18 in? little bit more work, but really not that much and as we’ve seen on MrPs car an inlet alone gives you 130 bhp and 135 lb/ft of torque, which will make it a much more useable track and road car imo

If this engine is fubar then I'll let Warren talk me into something different but fingers crossed it's just an EGR fault as it seems to be getting better.
300lb springs? Brilliant I don't understand all the different poundage so experience helps.
