I seen it in the pound shop so bought a tin, it clears my windscreen what it does to the paint I could care less about tbh but there's no visible effect.
If I had a decent car I'd probably change my opinion.

Your not covering your paint in it though? You spray your windscreen and it dissolves the ice and scrape it off, ice / deicer gets wiped away with wipers or scraped off

been using deicder for 6 years , both aerosol and spray and never ever had any problems with it ruining my paint, i reckon one morning i used about half a can aswell as i was in a rush.
