Only the early ones. The later Bosch ones are bulletproof and good for remaps.

Ive had 3 modified 1.8ts and have never fitted a recirc in reverse...
A. Forge told me not to whilst at r-tec
B. It sounds shit

Oh I forgot, Forge also recommed you buy their 007p too.
And the springs for when you remap it

I just picked up a THS Performance one for the GF's TT for £9.50 delivered, she seems to lose boost when you change quickly from 1,2 and 3rd so will see what diff it makes

Does she get any ECU error codes on Vagcom?
Has she had new ignition coils?
My car hesitates once warm and revving the tits off it. My car throws up EGT errors

no just feel like when u put your foot down into second it has like a laggy feel..so i blaming the boost!

Small update, no its not to everybodys taste but changed the headunit..
Sticks out a little too much but I suppose it needs to for clearance.

If you take it out and force the cage back 0.5cm it should allow the flap to close!
I had to do same with my old Alpine, the dial on front stopped flap closing! Quite alot of room in back for cables etc.
