they are shit tbh.
im shitting it as mum posted my dvla letter with new keepers slip in yesterday in just standard first class  so if thats lost im funked well... i have to pay £25 to get the stuff in my name as the original one the previous owner had got lost in the post 
also while ranting about the above, mum posted it then asked me if i wanted it posting  tit.

Hopefully that won't go missing. I got a phone call from the water board in december asking why I hadn't paid a bill from november, asked how much and did it on their website, the original bill dated November came through on saturday
