You basically count it as two bets tommy

1 on the win part which has lost, the other on the place which is still going, you need ghizao in first three to get a return

Just watched the finish again, even if spirit son didnt do a dance after the last hurdle i still think al ferof would have won so cant complain really

Looks like this was the race to back the outsiders?

1355: So what's the Arkle all about? It's novice chasers over a two-mile trip, and favourites have a poor record in this one so it tends to be a good idea to look beyond the obvious form horses. Saying that, Alan King's Medermit has transferred well from hurdles to fences and will take some beating. Ten go to post.
