typical west ham weekend, get points where you wouldn't expect and then so does everyone else

so the worst tackle in the history of football then? Was he wearing shinpads? That's the important question

Not sure if it was a leg break, but sounded really bad on 5live, all players stood round waving everyone on immediately, never good when that happens.

I hate utd as much as most people, but that was a bit harsh, evans got the ball first, studs were definately up tho, on another day would of been just a free kick, other days a booking, today a red. The injury probably influenced it though

didnt seem to be any complaint from Evans though, so that says it all really

Not a straight red! Yellow card, boot wasn't that high and got the ball first!

Maybe my view is biased but no where near a's bad as Carraghers on Nani!

You get in trouble for your studs showing, let alone your foot being a mile off the ground and making as much contact as he did. I agree with the ref.

I was going to reply with the exact same thing

Good day for united, even though our defence is getting less each game Lol.

The final weekend of the season is going to be immense, bottom 7 teams all with pretty much the same points. Was watching the table this afternoon and Blackburn were 17th in the 80th minute and then scored and shot upto 13th I cant see any teams getting out of that zone anytime soon aswell.

Only saw a quick reply of evans tackle, if the other player didnt get injured so badly then that would never of been a red but fair play to evans for just accepting it.

was a very deep gash on holdens leg, didn't see any tears though, so can't of been as bad as Nani's.

That was all you could really see, but obviously could be further damage to ligaments etc, was a lot more force in it than the carra incident, full weight of a jumping n.irishman landed on his leg pretty much.

As i said before, some days it's a red, some day's it's a yellow, both players went for it, full blooded tackle, one of them ended up in a fair bit of pain!
