I got fed up with it and randomly googled tiredness a few weeks ago and found a report on drinking water and that most of us are chronically dehydrated, which set alarm bells because im well known for not drinking much, people in the office whenever im offered a drink used to say he wont want one he doesnt drink.

Needless to say iv started drinking lots of water throughout the day and i feel so much better now, loads more energy and cant recall the last time i felt the tiredness of death

I must try this

3 cup moka pot normally sorts me out. Pack in the finely ground coffee reall tight and it's like drinking burning wood.

But tastes bloody lovely.

I've never tasted redbull or the likes, if I'm tired I go asleep instead of fueling my self. Works for me.

I can't believe it's taken 3 pages for someone to suggest a line of coke.

We're more similar than I feel comfortable with (except for the sensitive teeth)

Coke is a bit expensive to stay awake for a little longer, plus not really my thing

Day 1 of no redbull... Failed. Driving to a clients this morning and drank a can without realising I wasn't going to bother with it
