Regulars now I would say are Russ, Kerry, Spencer, Gay Dave (between 1 and 2), Alun, Budgie, Ben J, Matt L (although not as much as he used to) and Me
Others like Pow, Brett, Fro, Ben G, adiohead, numbers, lee and chrisbitch make appearances as well
