I would love vaders but the chance of finding a non abused set is rare
Hopwever with a tiny bit of fettling these will be in my car when i pick them up in a few weeks Deposit paid and i got the for a STEAL. Cant even begin to know how i managed it as this sorta stuff never happens to Jambo.
Anyway:
Fully electric black nappa E46 M3 seats
The rears and headrests will be up for sale soon as i pick them up

Nice seats. I have a 330 sport at the moment and keep looking for a new interior (hate the front seats even though they are fully electric/heated and black leather), keep seeing m3 interiors go for around £250.VERY cheap imo.
If they dont fit or you get bored of them then let me know, il buy the fronts off you

do you need to fit any looms for them?

The seat is self sufficient in terms of motors etc, so all you need to do is power them. heating them is a different ball game, need a loom as mine doesnt have heated seats. I will eventually get round to that i think but for now eplacing the warn out crappy ones is my priority. Will improve the interior 100%

i've broke my loom imo, need to take dash out to sort it out
yeah its the heating looms that are a bit trickier than the movement ones. My front seat one runs from dashboard to the boot then back to the seats

The heating ones from some shifty thread on the interweb say you need a loom to go to the dash, then under the seat then to the transmission tunnel (for switches) Fucking oceans of wire Kit isnt cheap from bmw either so may just have to put up with a cold bum
Ben what do you mean mate?

Thanks Powsy but Jamie's on the case. I've found a fair few threads in bimmerforums most crap but give the essentials.
Well get them in alright.

Not really much of an update but I fixed the steering wheel squeak. Very common on E36's. Thanks to Sand Eel and bimmer forums
Also one forum mention jacking the car up wearing safety shit etc and using a contraption made from straws etc. initially I made one out of straws and got covered in wd40 and made a mess. Then just used my brain and aimed it well without straws and wiped up excess access is FAR better from above as bellow would be 10x harder
Anyway. Sorted and changed a bulb in my mfd and realised my drivers seat makes weird creaking noises as its actually broken

Small update:
Needed to get an ipod cable for my cde 101-rm. Alpine ones are £20 odd, ebay do them for £7. Took a punt and it works fine HEres the link incase anyone is interested
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KCE-433IV-FULL-SPEED-IPOD-CABLE-2009-ALPINE-/230566335417?_trksid=p5197.m7&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26itu%3DUCI%26otn%3D3%26po%3DLVI%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D4002130885758365309
Also the rear of the car was still too low, catching on large speed bumps and generally annoying. I also discovered that from the factory the convertible springs where stiffer due to the extra weight of the hood/motors. So I decided I should get some proper springs, there where none availible at the time which is why i went for the coupe ones, but now found a set on ebay so these will be going on asap:

Wanted the chrome handles from the chrome pack, the standard plastic ones are just awful and feel really cheap. Plus what with my interior being black i needed something to brighten it up in there. So these where ordered:
Picture of current interior shot:
This is what it will look like (Not my interior)
Also need to do some maintenance on the SMG gearbox, and i have a noisy tensioner that i need to look at.

Not a great deal tbh Jake. I wanted to retrim it all in champagne leather, but not sure i cba to spend that much on an old car thats not a minter. Depends, at the moment i quite like the idea as i love the car. But i also realise its a monumental waste of cash

Handles arrived, not in the best condition one of them appears to have been dropped on to concrete. I would send em back but didn't read sellers ad for returns and by the time I sent it back minus postage etc it just wouldn't be worth it. So I'll just fit them.
