See, that's the bit i don't agree with, swansea and cardiff are in, so other teams should be able to enter the league system at the very bottom, and progress on merit, stupid imo, especially considering we are talking around 10 years before they get to the prem anyway, and thats with consecutive promotions

Sure they could come up with a way round that like they have with the B teams playing in the segunda division

B teams in the Segunda division can't enter into European competition or the same league as their A team counterparts.

Sure you could work it that if your B team reached championship level you then fold the A team and leave the SPL

You gain entry to Europe through the domestic cup competition which we would be in right away.

I don't buy that at all, the Spanish league is a two horse race, the premier league is much more competitive, Chelsea aren't very far away, nor would arsenal be if the peado had replaced players.

The premier league is far more competitive IMO. Just the Spanish league possesses possibly the best team ever, united over the last few seasons have shown how strong they are, falling at the final hurdle to Barcelona is nothing to be disappointed with imo

If Arsenal replaced their players... That's like saying if they bought Messi? What if's don't make any difference. It always ends up Chelsea and United in the last few games. The Spanish play FAR more entertaining football and the current European and Europa champions are from which country?

Strongest league in the world is La Liga.

Chelsea and Man City have bottomless pits of money but they will still never be able to afford a Messi, Iniesta or Xavi simply because they are priceless to Barcelona and love the club that have nurtured them from their teenage years.

I don't want it to happen but if they did do it then they would have to rename it. It's bad enough that Swansea are in the English Premier League.

I would like to know how they would win it when their default tactic for playing English sides is to have 10 defenders on the pitch.
