Yearly contracts so no rises here, on the same as I was about 4 year ago, depressing!

Think I got 2.5% this year. Should be looking at 15% in January though if/when my pay gets bumped up to the next level. I say 'if' but it better be 'when'

why are you jealous of me? is it because i am top of the fantasy league? or is it because my astra coupe is nicer than yours? or is it because I'm better looking? or is it because my raise was more than yours?

I got 15% last year (first one i'd had in two years) and then got 12.5% last month. I wasn't expecting the last one, my boss even offered the increase in a lump sum (12months worth) but I turned it down as i'd rather have the money every month.

I joined here in Feb 2009 on £12.2k and have been on the same salary until a couple of months ago when I got put up to £13.2k, which works out at about 8.5%.
Only means an extra £50 take-home a month so barely noticeable

Nope, just work for a rubbish company. I spend basically the whole time doing CAD as well btw, so could probably get paid double elsewhere. I am looking for a new job, however not doing the same as I am now as I hate it.
