I'm liking it, it's so mental. Have only played MP so far and it's just frantic. Stuff blowing up all over the place, people everywhere, it's totally full on! Granted it's not much different to MW2 but I liked MW2, until it was hacked to shit.

Had go on at the campaign on both and definitely prefer MW3 for that, haven't tried either on multiplayer yet though but hoping to tonight. Quite like the quick scope option, defo come in handy on MP.

Done a couple more hours
Like
quickscoping
the feel of sniping in this in general
really struggling to think of anymore here
Dont Like
boring maps
being shot in the back constantly
weak guns with lots of recoil
confusing class menus with far too many layers
quick ADS and quick reload being two separate perks
undetectable by air support and undetectable by UAV being two separate perks
extreme conditioning pro (allowing you to sprint longer) only works on the initial sprint making this pointless.
claymores being in the same option as frags/semtex so you can only have one or the other
concussion range is tiny, never affects anyone and take ages to deploy
only seems to register every other bullet hit unless its someone shooting you
assault rifles and snipers make you slooooow (combined with no unlimited sprint makes just moving around frustrating and tiring)
The overall feel of the game, its like you don't have as much control over your character, I just cant get into the right mindset to be as good as I know I can be, just feels distanced rather than immersed.
Probs reading into this too much but I think its down to the fact I've grown to love black ops and this is just so different, which wouldn't be bad if it was better, but its not.
Won't stop me playing it though

Loks like you were having bit of problems with your online Whittie? Every few seconfs while playing Story mode, kept popping up that you were online.

PMSL I use those exploding care packages every game, real easy to get if you use the support killstreaks as you only need 5 kills and not even in a row. If you're on an objective game like CTF you then just chuck it down by their flag and some idiot will try and "steal" it

That remote sentry is wank btw
I think from the support killstreaks I find Exploding CP, Stealth Bomber and Airdrop best, altho the airbrop is slow as fuck

Pish. To put it simply. Worst fears were confirmed when I was praying it wouldn't be ruined by campers. And it is. A day after it came out Just played HCTDM where the entire other team were camping. Not a single person running about

I've just been playing hardcore kill confirmed no camping so far but then the idea of the and is to get the dog tags so you have to be on the move all the time

Aye, that's the only one where camping hasn't been TOO bad. Until they cotton on like one guy today; Kill somecunt, then wait for someone to try and grab his tags. I put 2 and 2 together when there were 4 red tags

Last night, gamers worldwide lined up for Modern Warfare 3's midnight launch, making sure they'd be among the first to secure a copy of the hotly anticipated Call of Duty title. Though it seems some worked harder than others to get the game, with one man fighting off an armed robber in order to keep his pre-ordered copy.
As the Kansas City Star reports, an 18-year old male has been arrested after pulling a gun on a GameStop customer, demanding his just-purchased copy of the game. In true gamer style, the victim refused to lose, moving in for some Metal Gear-style C.Q.C. and wrestling the man for his gun. Realizing he'd been pwned, the robber fled the scene, and like a total noob actually got back in line for the game! Thankfully the boys in blue rolled up on this lamer and cuffed his ***.
We have tenative reports that the crowd savagely teabagged the moron before he was thrown into the back of a squad car, though that remains uncomfirmed as of this time.
