Worked all year, which is good considering building trade is supposed to be on its arse. Not got any richer but not got any poorer either.
Some people died, some were born. Family are all in good health, my kidneys are still working too, hoping it all stays that way.
Another fairly uneventful year on the whole, just how I like them if I'm honest.

Good year for me tbh
Started off pretty normal.
In April I applied for a job down in London that I had been after for a while. Went for an interview and got the job there and then
Moved from up north down to London with the girlfriend which was a big thing!
Now im working in TV. Have worked on The Hotel, One BOrn Every Minute, golf, cricket and a load of other things which is great!!
Am currently recording Home For The Holidays (on from tomorrow channel 4(watch it an I get paid more!))
All is good. Hopefully next year I get to go out and do a lot more!
All in all a great year for me so far

Started with a month off (unemployed)
Got a new job at a pay decrease but much better long term prospects
Went to Vegas with mates and it was awesome
Kick ass summer holiday
Finally got to race on the TOCA package which was awesome (childhood dream)
All in, can't complain. Got some sweet things lined up for 2012. Should take the edge off the big 30

Mate passed away without warning, in that respect it has been an absolutely dreadful year. Everything that followed became meaningless.

only bad thing is my grandad had cancer nothing serious but abit emotional and abit of a shocker. bit everything is ok now.

For me 2011 is a year I'd rather forget about, a messy split with the missus along with all the sh*t she threw my way as a result of it, this resulted in us losing our rented house and soon enough resulted in me losing my job (I worked with her).
Suppose the only good things about this year is all that its taught me and what I've learnt from it all, managed to clear all my debt just before I lost my job and found something small work wise to keep some money coming in in the mean time.
One things for sure is that I'll be making 2012 the year 2011 should have been.

Since May its just got better and better and better.
I have financial stability, I do a job I love and earn very well. I have two fantastic cars, I've been on 6 'Ring trips, my girlfriend is a proper whore (which I love) got a fantastic step son, I help my dad run my nephews football team and we are doing alright and Warren has impregnated my missus.

Like most, up and down, My Nan isn't doing so well, I've grown to hate my job in the last year, fed up of the amount of time I spend in a car in a day now, a few friends (not on the internet) have shown their true colours, including one that I went to nursery school with.
On the upside, I'm finacially stable still, have a nice healthy house deposit on the go, two cars, no debt, got myself an awesome girlfriend and living for the weekends at the moment

Pretty decent on the whole, moved in with my girlfriend in March got a payrise at the end of the summer, not got any more debt. Hopefully next year will be even better, new car in Feb and then start the long slow process of saving a deposit for a house (will probably move in to a rented house in the interim from our current flat). Going to get myself into shape too and try and live a bit of a cleaner life.

Year of extreme ups and extreme downs
Downsides: Grandad had a huge stroke in March and finally passed away on 31st October having never left hospital. Had a huge effect on all the family but especially Nan and my Dad who had to deal with it, getting Nan to and from the hospital, financial implications, sorting Nan's day to day life out, all non-stop from day one.
Highs:
- Snowboarding in France then Scotland
- Got together with the missus in January which has been awesome ever since
- Holiday to Greece in October
- progress started on my house again

Definitely an up and down year for me.
Highs:
-Snowboarding with 2 of my mates in January in the Alps.
-Wakestock in the summer with a lot of my mates.
-Some hilarious nights out with some amazing people including a lot of people off here.
-Getting my confidence back a bit after a messy break up at the end of 2010.
-Taking part in a charity boxing night and hearing nothing but good things from everyone that watched.
-Enjoyed being single but now i'm getting bored of it
Lows:
-Still being in debt.
-Losing one job because of people who were too scared to admit the truth and used me as a scape goat.
-Lost the most enjoyable job i've had due to it being a temporary contract.
-Had to strip my car as it failed its MOT and wasn't financially viable.
-Being unemployed at Christmas.
Overall not brilliant but it's made me more determined to have a better year next year!
