Not confirmed racism though yet is it. Let's not jump on the rumour bandwagon. I doubt it was coin throwing either. I suspect he's misheard someone.
I've been going to Anfield for years and I know racist shouts wouldn't be tolerated. If someone would have made a racist remark they would have got a slap by those sitting around them.

^ Exactly!
Really hoping it isn't. Copper said nobody was arrested during the match from inside the stadium. Surely if it's racism they'd have been caught there and then.

Theres rumours that he heard "Black Bastard" and the fans claim they shouted "Manc bastard" but he's from Norwich so not sure how that works!
Might be a misunderstanding but tbh its last thing lpool need.

Oldham/Manchester close vicinity. There was anti Manchester songs being sung by the majority of the crowd earlier on in the game. It may have followed on from that.

Yeah...true! Was forgetting it was Oldham you were playing. Tbh that potentially adds up. Or the fans could be KK members. The lad was really upset though, but he might have misheard.

There was a few Oldham fans outside the gates singing "I'd rather be a paki than a red" After a few pints walked back and a little scrawny one wasn't allowed in and was bawling his eyes out
Will be interesting to see what will happen today, the lad was genuinely upset, wasn't put on you could tell, Gerrard went straight over to him.
Hoping the word use was Manc and not black.

Potential offendees were in Suarez t-shirts and had Suarez scarves. Bit of a co-incidence imo. He's become a racists hero!

Crewe 3-2 Plymouth.
Happy with that, they've not been too bad since they got a new manager, they had a player sent off, think Jeff said it was their 7th red card in the last 12 matches
