When I was younger I never had breakfast early in the morning. Past few years I always have breakfast before work. Bowl of cereal then either 2 or 4 slices of toast.

Just gone on to having Porridge, fills me up better till lunchtime.

Protein shake in the car on the way to work.

Find that eating a protien based breakfast keeps you feeling full until lunch. Whereas if i eat toast etc... i'm snacking at around 10am.

If I don't have my breakfast in the morning I turn into a right grumpy so-and-so for most of the day!

Usually have a big bowl of cereal, but sometimes treat myself to a fry-up instead (if I can be arsed to cook it).

If I go gym:
Have some toast/small bowl of cereal about 5:15 (6.15 if I dont)

Have 4 weetabix or porridge about an hour after I get to work at 9ish or so.

6-8

I bet you don't even leave the house to go to work. You just go outside, rip the road up and pull the office to you.
