It does feel a bit cheap but yeah it does the job. My Dad knows someone that works at Tog 24 so get stuff at half price I think it is. A big discount anyway, thats how I ended up with it.

in my day it was called a cagoule and you only ever used it in conjunction with a packed lunch and wellys on school field trips, walking around a field in the rain poking various animal poo's with a pencil
