jesus christ dont confuse him with all that stuff. to me it doesnt sound like youve even got a proper routine sorted out yet so stick to the basics first before doing gear, HIT, negatives, jumping jacks

Nah its not confusing me I've got a diet and workout routine at the minute I'm trying with one of my mates and any advice is just helping me understand various things. Its all about learning for me at the minute and probably always will be. All the things I'm told I take in, try to understand and then try out. If it works for me I stick with it, if not I try something else. I'll never improve if I don't listen so although I might seem quite clueless about somethings any and all advice is good advice. Steroids was just another thing I wanted information on.

Why not just start off with a low dosage of testosterone injected into your ass cheek? If youre that worried about pills fucking up your liver.
