Something like this built myself with the dimensions tweeked a touch. Needs a bigger garage with games room above and slightly bigger bedrooms / more ensuites.

Not sure I'd build it myself, seems a lot of hassle when there's a lot of choice at that price.
Think it would be nice to move about as well, maybe even rent. One of my regrets of buying is not being able to move about and try different places, think if you have requirement to commute that would be even more acute.

House across from my ex's parents' house. Indoor swimming pool, basketball/tennis court, fucking huge. Dunno if I could be bothered with the up keep of something that big tbh
