Time travel into the future is technically possible, in a way, if you can go fast enough. Paradoxes prevent it being possible to go back in time.

You'd overlap with da Vinci a bit, could probably pick up on some of his stuff.

There's a fair amount not been invented that you could do with regular materials but you have the same problem then as now - the resources aren't there to make whatever you think about.

I could go back and "design" an internal combustion engine - but I'd have no means by which to manufacturer the parts, no fuel which was sufficiently well refined, etc. etc.
