Cardio power and resistance: 437 cals burned in 39 mins.

Burned from start till heart rate returned to resting rate (extra 32mins): 590 cals

Strange how compared to the plyo workout, i burned less for the workout time, but took longer to recover, and therfore burnt more overall

Thats the spirit

Im struggling with temptations, but im doing ok so far, managed to not have bacon roll on sat morning at work, while everyone sat and ate theirs i had a yoghurt with apples, pecans and bananas. Then out for dinner on sat evening with family, all had carvery, i had veg and meat with a small amount of mash, they all had the works with deserts etc. Its a real killer, cause id normally have seconds of it all

Pure cardio today, 399 cals burned, 524 by time heart rate slowed to resting area.

google beachbody fitness or something like that, gives a list of all the ones they have done, most common on here are p90x and insanity.

Quite tempted to try insanity once i have done my current program (depends on what results i get from this).

Couldnt even manage the ful 33 mins of cardio recovery today. My legs are shot to pieces.

Im unsure wether to plod on and do as best as possible or stop the workouts for a day or 2. Im due recovery day sat, so may be worth letting my body recover more from now till then.

Would that be best, if im still very sore tomorrow?

I think it's gone to far but I'll see. I'm getting massive shooting pains as I walk in calves. Feel like they pulling apart each step. Been fine up until now so I'm mega pissed off. Itching to keep going so if I can I will.

I just don't seem to have the stamina or energy to do it this week. I guess last week I was on 2-10 shift so was doing it in morning. Where as this week I'm up and out at 5 and doing 8-9 hour shift then coming home to do it. It's the only thing that's changed. Diet still strict and pretty much the same.

i'm up at 6 in work from 8 to whenever.. could be 8-9 in the evening then i do it... i just get in the frame of mind that my body dont give a crap if i'm working late its still going to put on wieght

my diet at the moment is nonsense.. i just cant seem to get into it properly since coming back from holiday.. if i ate right i'd be buff at this stage instead of having a 1 pack
