Now you know what you have to do to get some more money!
Sorry though, I've donated already, so you wont be getting anymore if you die. I'll be really cool though as I'll have donated before it was fashionable.
You're getting haunted for sure.

I don't think it will, I think it's rocketed today but by tomorrow most people who would donate will have already done it.

It's a hell of a legacy but I can't help thinking that some I the money, if not the vast majority of it should go towards charities related to whatever the cause of death is eventually found to be. She was only looking to raise £500 for the Samaritans and maybe it would be a greater legacy if it went elsewhere

Whatever it does or wherever it goes it's things like this that restore even the slightest bit of faith in the human race., despite all the inevitable shite you will read about the catalyst for the compassionate outpouring.

Apparently her just giving was only at £5 this morning?
When you look at the outcome here, she risked her life for a charity to raise a small sum of money to help others

Her family must be devestated - I'm not saying all thus money will help that- but it certainly won't hurt them. It's human nature to give money after having an emotional response - I'm sure some have donated for Facebook kudos .... Who cares, this is one case of social networking trending which is only having a positive effect on the world ... This isn't Joseph koni we are talking about here - this will actually make a difference

I saw briefly up close, this girl yesterday as i ran past whilst she was being resuscitated with the curtains going up around her. Put all my aches and pains into insignificance and bought a lump to my throat thinking it could have been any us runners in that situation. She was only 800 meters from the finish. So sad, RIP Claire.

Very sad news to hear. A man died recently during the Reading Half Marathon, most of the deaths are caused by Coronary Heart diseases which anyone could have, granted the risk is low.
It has happened to top sportsman. Pretty scary stuff.
