Just wondering.
You don't have to live near or have relations that support a team to support them yourself.
We have Irish fans that get coaches down every other week.
Are fans that live round the corner better supporters????

I wouldn't call them better supporters, loyal to their town maybe.

You can keep arguing with me all you want, but I believe you should support the team were you live/grew up.
I can't see any reason to support someone else unless they're a better team - hence the word "glory hunter"#
You wouldn't get a random person supporting Fleetwood Town if they lived the other end of the country.
Get my point?

Yes I get your point and some of the fans do piss me off, like the certain ethnic group that always sit behind fergie..
But not all supporters from out if town are glory hunters

The fans are idiots. Would stop supporting them instantly when the next big successful club comes along, perhaps all be city fans in a couple years as they hold on to no sense of being a true fan. Manager is a cunt thinks he runs the premier league. Players are cunts, cheat, dive, kick people and it all gets over looked time and time again.

Hating another team more than supporting your own is weird though Nic.

All the guys in my work wanted City to win because they were bored of the same team winning everything.
Every single one of them supports Celtic or rangers

I dont hate Man Utd at all really, but I would like to see City win the league as it will be interesting to see how United fans react.
I only take a passing interest in the premier league, I dont really have any feelings towards any of the teams in it. I prefer some to others but i just like to see different stuff happening to the norm. Quite enjoyed Newcastles chase for the top 4 this season for example. This after hoping they would get relegated a few seasons back, just because it would be different
I did hate United for losing to Leeds in that FA Cup game though.
