I bet it's twok because he was driving someone else's car and wasn't insured or something so rather than the owner get done too he said he took it without consent to get them off
Bet he didn't actually steal it

TWOC and what I find hard to believe is that there is no charge being brought for driving without insurance. When this came up weeks ago and he posted the charge sheet, there was only 1 count of TWOC and 1 count of DUI; nothing about insurance on a car he 'found' the keys to and stole.
I can't fathom that one so not sure about any of it

If it's meant to be seperate surely it would make sense for them to include that in the TWOC charge?
Can't imagine someone insuring a car before TWOC'ing it

no its a separate charge, separate offence, as would be driving otherwise than in accordance with a license if he happened to be provisional when they stole it. All separate charges and all listed separately on a charge sheet.
looks good that way, technically its 3 arrests for the figures, not 1

William. I want you to read this very carefully and understand that I mean it.
My nan was hit by a drunk driver in the 80s. He was over the limit, and he stole a car.he hit her at about 50mph on the pavement as she was walking her dog.thedog was killed outright. My nan suffered a broken femur, multiple broken ribs, compound fracture of one of her legs and multiple lacerations. She also had extensive facial damage which altered her looks. After the accident she could never walk properly again. She also wouldn't leave the house as the scarring on her face was too embarrassing for her. I was only about 7 when it happened and she didn't want me to see her in case her scars frightened me.
I saw her eventually, and I won't lie, it frightened me. It petrified me. Even though I was young I still to this day remember how she looked.
I have no remorse or tolerance for drink drivers at all. I hope that this is the start of your life being ruined. You are absolute scum who comes on here will the sole intention of winding people up.
Let me absolutely promise you, that if you are ever in the unfortunate position to ever meet me, I promise you from the bottom of my heart I will take out every last ounce of rage I have towards drink drivers out on you. How dare you come on a forum like this and actually brag that you are going to court for what you have done. Your parents will be ashamed of you. You truly are an absolute waste of skin.

Bloody hell, so sorry to hear that bubble. I hate drink drivers, to me they are on the same level as people driving while holding mobile phones.

@Blukoo; I think majority of the website would agree with you, myself being in that majority.

Don't understand comments like "Go and die" Stfu and get off your high horses.
He's in the wrong and going to court for his dumbass actions, who gives a shit. He'll get what is deserved, whether its a stint inside, a little ban and fine or a slap on the wrists.

Wheres this charge sheet? Should say what area he was in thus telling you the court he would be in.
You goto the court of the area the offence was committed not the one closest to your house.
