I'd do it, if I lost my current job. Anything is better than sitting on your arse claming.

Their trainee business manager schemes are pretty good if you can take the stigma and have half a head in your shoulders

I honestly thought this thread was aimed at me.
I work there, have done for past year and half.
Take home £1000 a month.
Banter at work is great, its a laugh and not too hard.
I am only a crew member
I could porgress to..
Crew trainer
Shift manager
2nd assistant
1st assistant
store manager
then you can go higher then that
Really dont see the problem with working there, its a job and pays ok.

crew member are just people who serve you, work in kitchen etc.
crew trainers are same as crew members but they also train new starters
shift manager is as it says,
then 2nd assitant is a manager, but higher up then shift manager if that makes sense?

A competent employee could progress. You on the other hand are a weapon with zero initiative, you asked corsasport about your shifts rather than your manager ffs. MONG
