I wouldn't cry about 50% tax if I was taking home £2,000,000 a year.

People like that need to count their blessings and stop crying like spoilt children, they could always go and do a £6.50 an hour job if they want less taxes to pay.

Still don't understand how you believe he'll personally be taking in £2m a year; his company will have plenty of expenses that'll eat into that.

Edit - And i'm not saying he's 'poor' either, not by a long shot.

Of course you would!

Everyone looks at the people who are better off than they are and says the same thing.

Someone earning 15k will moan about paying the pissy amount of tax they have to pay and state "well if someone is on twice that they shouldnt complain"..

The system is flawed, everyone should pay the same proportion and the loop holes should be removed by making Tax Avoidance ILLIGAL!

agree

people who earn large amounts work thier arses off to get there.
why give up half your earnings

if you are on £20k i bet you wouldn't want to give £10k in tax

What difference does the amount make?

Would you like to lose 50% just because somebody who is on £10k p.a. thinks you've got it good?

LKike fuck would anybody be happy to surrender 50% of their earnings without looking into all the avenues first.

It's not just 50% though is it. VAT on everything fuel tax, road fund, tax on drink, fags, etc etc etc.

You must be lucky if you get to spend 20% of what you earn lol

That's seriously one of the most idiotic things you have said, most of the time you can only quote other people, I see why you do now.

If it wasnt for the lower classes/people who should have tried harder at school then society would fall down.

Who would clean the streets, who would empty your bins, who would look after your senile gran in a care home? The list goes on.

If that's idiotic then you’re blinded by your own stupidity!
And if you're going to argue some drivel of an opinion then at least give decent reasoning other than 'because'. 'Because he's made some money he deserves to lose half of it' is not good enough.

He's no doubt worked bloody hard to get where he is and granted, I’m sure a little bit of luck and him being at the right place at the right time helped. But in no way shape or form does it make him a 'greedy cunt' because he wanted to protect and savour some of his own 'hard work'.
Rather it makes you sound like a jealous immature crying shite due to your own failings at reaching a similar stature.

I don't mean they should tax the lower paid people more, just that they shouldn't tax the higher paid people as much.

If you done it that way then cut out all the tax dodgers I bet it would even out.

I suspect he's vegan and wears hessian clothing tbf.
Wouldn't surprise me if he's currently hugging a tree and having a little cry after reading some of responses to his short-sighted and idiotic replies.

If taxes weren't just being spunked on stupid wars, Euro bollocks and breeding plebs I don't think anyone would have as much of a problem with paying taxes. Jimmy has my support

He doesn't earn £4million a year, he has £3.4million locked up in a company on Jersey which loans him money. It would have probably taken him quite a large proportion of his career to make that much money. So no, he's not dodging £2million a year in income tax.
